Cookie Policy
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Equivalent technologies — such as your browser's local storage — serve the same purpose and are subject to the same rules. This policy sets out exactly what dotika.ai places on your device, why, and for how long.
We have deliberately kept this inventory short: dotika.ai is a presentation website, with no customer area, no shopping cart and no advertising. Beyond what is strictly necessary for the site to work, nothing is placed on your device without your prior consent.
1. Your consent
The site is opt-in: on your first visit, no analytics cookie is placed and no third-party script is loaded until you have made your choice in the banner. Google Consent Mode is initialised to "denied" by default, and the Google Analytics script is only downloaded once you accept the "Analytics" category.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page, or via the button at the end of this page. Withdrawing consent automatically deletes the cookies concerned.
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC ("ePrivacy"): without them, the site could not remember the choices you have made yourself.

Our consent tool also automatically deletes any residual analytics cookie (_gid, _gat, _gcl_*, _fbp) that may have been left by an earlier version of the site or by a tool since removed.
3. Third-party services
Only one third-party service may place cookies on dotika.ai:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) — audience measurement, with IP anonymisation and no advertising features enabled. Loaded only after consent to the "Analytics" category.
Our conversational assistant "Dotty" is built and hosted by us: it places no third-party cookie and loads no external script. The content of your messages is, however, processed by our language model provider — see the Privacy Policy for details.
4. Managing your cookies
The simplest way is the button below, or the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page: it shows each category and lets you enable or disable them at any time.
You can also configure your browser to warn you when a cookie is set, block third-party cookies, or delete those already stored. Each browser has its own interface, so check its help menu. Local storage is cleared through the "clear browsing data" function.
Declining analytics cookies in no way restricts your access to the site or its content.
